Complex stonewood

I stay in a complex that is part of stonewood.... so my car got broking into (in loadshedding) because stonewood failed to maintain the gates in the complex I have emailed them about the this problem and they gave me the run around they took 4 week's to reply to my emails and when they did reply their reply to me was (they have noted that this unfortunate incident occurred during loadshedding which is a National problem.Please be advised that you can submit a claim with your own personal insurers for the break in that occurred.) I was very upset with this reply because I pay my Levy every month on time and they can't maintain the gates and now they want to tell me that it is a national problem 🤬
