STONEWOOD UNDERWHELMED
Stonewood appears to not have what it takes to be a managing agent. They new to Greenstone in Johannesburg. The lady who is the representative trys, and would we good at any MA, its just that Stonewood appears to have under invested in background resources internally to perform all the specialist functions of a MA.

Shocking lack of service.
Terrible service. So many accounting errors, and hard to reach anyone. Just basic service is hard to get, never mind help with issues for trustees. You end up doing almost everything yourself. Your emails and requests get ignored 90% of the time. Please rename your company to Stonewall!!

Shocking lack of service.
Terrible service. So many accounting errors, and hard to reach anyone. Just basic service is hard to get, never mind help with issues for trustees. You end up doing almost everything yourself. Your emails and requests get ignored 90% of the time. Please rename your company to Stonewall!!

****-poor service; no service level agreement
Absolutely ***********, disinvested and unprofessional - with absolutely no sense of customer service. I had a geyser burst inside my unit that damaged cupboards, getting them to act on processing the insurance claim has been a fruitless pursuit. It's only a miracle that they acted on multiple requests to get plumbers out in the first place. My place has been in disrepair for a little over 7 months following up with a nonchallant managing agent and insurance company.

Stonewood - Shocking Property Management Company
Total nightmare dealing with this property management company. Cameras haven't been working in Park Mansions for months on end and continuously have to follow up with them for updates as they ''manage'' the block. 6 months later and still nothing has been done. Also have a problematic resident in the block who is causing ongoing issues in the complex despite raising this with Stonewood and the trustees, yet nothing has been done to resolve the issue. If the cameras were working then there would be sufficient evidence to show that the perpetrator needs to be removed from the premises.

Avoid at all costs!
I would not use these people under any circumstances. They are totally unhelpful, uninterested and have no clue about customer service. They clearly have ZERO KPIs to maintain and everything has to be chased up endlessly. We eventually fired them and getting the handover done was incredibly painful. They should have had their license revoked a long time ago.

Complex stonewood
I stay in a complex that is part of stonewood.... so my car got broking into (in loadshedding) because stonewood failed to maintain the gates in the complex I have emailed them about the this problem and they gave me the run around they took 4 week's to reply to my emails and when they did reply their reply to me was (they have noted that this unfortunate incident occurred during loadshedding which is a National problem.Please be advised that you can submit a claim with your own personal insurers for the break in that occurred.) I was very upset with this reply because I pay my Levy every month on time and they can't maintain the gates and now they want to tell me that it is a national problem 🤬

Complex stonewood

Stonewood Property Management, and Milco Property Management , the vilest Body Corporates in history
This Body Corporate had taken over from Milco Property Management. Two years ago they unlawfully added approximately R10 000 supposedly as a deposit for having tenants, to my levy account, enjoying interests accrued at my expense. I have vacated the property and informed them that there are no tenants, and they refuse to repair this unlawful levy account. As a result of their and their predecessors racism and rampant abuses, I have listed the flat as for sale. I have spoken to various colleagues in their office and they continue in maintaining this unlawful levy account, and are very arrogant that they can continue stealing money from people by adjusting their accounts. I have pointed out their theft to them and their predecessors, and like with state capture and theft from public funds, they don't hold themselves accountable to any law in SA. I have referred the theft to Legalwise, who did not do anything for two years, the CCOS, who also did not do anything and finally to the Public Protector, who still hasn't done anything. They are a vile and evil business, as evil and vile as the previous Body Corporate, Milco. I would not want anyone to be in this situation and thus I am warning the public not to do business with them if they can.
