Stonewood Property Management, and Milco Property Management , the vilest Body Corporates in history

This Body Corporate had taken over from Milco Property Management. Two years ago they unlawfully added approximately R10 000 supposedly as a deposit for having tenants, to my levy account, enjoying interests accrued at my expense.

I have vacated the property and informed them that there are no tenants, and they refuse to repair this unlawful levy account. As a result of their and their predecessors racism and rampant abuses, I have listed the flat as for sale.

I have spoken to various colleagues in their office and they continue in maintaining this unlawful levy account, and are very arrogant that they can continue stealing money from people by adjusting their accounts.

I have pointed out their theft to them and their predecessors, and like with state capture and theft from public funds, they don't hold themselves accountable to any law in SA.

I have referred the theft to Legalwise, who did not do anything for two years, the CCOS, who also did not do anything and finally to the Public Protector, who still hasn't done anything.

They are a vile and evil business, as evil and vile as the previous Body Corporate, Milco. I would not want anyone to be in this situation and thus I am warning the public not to do business with them if they can.
