Malpractice of Pharmacy at Dis-chem Whale Coast Mall
Its Dis-chem's Whale Coast Mall's policy to dump your highly private medication with anyone in a large building or at reception, with your full script of what medications you are on stapled to the outside for everyone to see and enjoy. This is criminal negligence and an infringement of your patient rights and rights to respect, privacy, and confidentiality. I am awaiting the manager's return on Monday to find out who the pharmacist is who sends out packages in such a manner. Any graduate, even from a third world university, should know about patient confidentiality. I will be reporting this infringement to the Board and the authorities. I would like the CEO to reply if this happens nationally or just locally and how they plan to remedy this malpractice.

Pay back my money useless Telkom scoundrels
After unlawfully deducting money from my account from two years, they have been instructed to refund me. I visited the shop and gave them all the documents required. The salesman confirmed that the money would be paid in a few weeks. Nothing happened for five months and I visited the Telkom shop in the Mall again. Here I was met by a saleslady who saw that the money was outstanding, and had the audacity to tell me to go to my bank to draw statements of the three months, knowing full well I have to pay for each statement. This Telkom Herm**** had been, with exceptions, useless and unwilling to repay my money. Pay back the money now, you useless scoundrels.

Very bizarre is that MTN is increasing my My choice 10GB from R299 to R539. They say it's to make up for 4% inflation which should be R12 not R240. More theft and less service.

Stonewood Property Management, and Milco Property Management , the vilest Body Corporates in history
This Body Corporate had taken over from Milco Property Management. Two years ago they unlawfully added approximately R10 000 supposedly as a deposit for having tenants, to my levy account, enjoying interests accrued at my expense. I have vacated the property and informed them that there are no tenants, and they refuse to repair this unlawful levy account. As a result of their and their predecessors racism and rampant abuses, I have listed the flat as for sale. I have spoken to various colleagues in their office and they continue in maintaining this unlawful levy account, and are very arrogant that they can continue stealing money from people by adjusting their accounts. I have pointed out their theft to them and their predecessors, and like with state capture and theft from public funds, they don't hold themselves accountable to any law in SA. I have referred the theft to Legalwise, who did not do anything for two years, the CCOS, who also did not do anything and finally to the Public Protector, who still hasn't done anything. They are a vile and evil business, as evil and vile as the previous Body Corporate, Milco. I would not want anyone to be in this situation and thus I am warning the public not to do business with them if they can.

CCMA useless and reportedly corrupt
You must try and make a zero to negative rating. They don't deserve any star. Case lodged with them two years ago and no response to case about a date for arbitration. Colleagues suggested that employers buy off CCMA, which is certainly not the purpose envisioned by Mandela. Given state capture it would be surprising to find them unsuliied. The point is: Don't waste your time with this useless office. Black people are treated as fodder by white employees and CCMA colludes with this. It is appalling.

Beware of LegalWise. I have been paying for two years and they have done absolutely nothing about my case lodged with them. As no service had been rendered, they have stolen my money.
