Shocking lack of service.
Terrible service. So many accounting errors, and hard to reach anyone. Just basic service is hard to get, never mind help with issues for trustees. You end up doing almost everything yourself. Your emails and requests get ignored 90% of the time. Please rename your company to Stonewall!!

Fantastic handling of accident claim
My car was recently written off when someone shot a red robot and hit me in the intersection. As one can imagine, the shock and trauma at the time is overwhelming. I hit the accident alert button, and was called back, reassuring me that SAPS, ambulance, and tow truck were on the way. The claim was handled very quickly and very efficiently and every person I dealt with was excellent and helpful. Thank you for helping ease the pain of losing my car. Very highly recommended!

Charging interest where none is due. ********!!!!
I have a debit order for the full amount due on my account. How is it that you deduct it, and then charge me interest a few days later??? Absolute daylight *******. DISGUSTING CONDUCT!!!

NO REFUND GIVEN ON A RETURNED ITEM!!!
I bought a backpack which I returned the next day. The payment was made via Payflex. I have not been refunded. I emailed the helpdesk quoting the ref num, but no one responds!!! I want my money back!!!!!

Best service, quality and staff (stackaway frameless glass door)
I cannot say enough good things about this company. From the very start of meeting with the sales rep (Kerry Gee) to quote me on a stack-away door, through to working with the installation manager (Steven du Plessis), and the team that crossed my path - I was thoroughly impressed with their high standards and professionalism. Steven du Plessis was incredibly helpful and his expertise is top class. They were never late, never kept me in the dark, and provided the most amazing service, not to mention that the product is beautiful! What a pleasure to deal with!!! Bravo!

Nedbank applies charges not agreed on out of the blue
Nedbank started charging me bank charges out of the blue - no notification or justification. The branch can't tell me anything - instead suggest I change my account to an equally useless account. Used to be a benefit to maintain a minimum balance and pay a flat fee - and now get charged for every transaction. Disgusting - am moving my account.
