Stonewood appears to not have what it takes to be a managing agent. They new to Greenstone in Johannesburg. The lady who is the representative trys, and would we good at any MA, its just that Stonewood appears to have under invested in background resources internally to perform all the specialist functions of a MA.

Order due for delivery today Its not delivered Headoffice has no idea about delivery Yet they send sms today to confirm delivery They have no idea why the store delayed delivery Zero processess, zero controls, zero systems 100% incompetence in Makro head office
Worst online store I have ever experienced ZA240131-88699670 I cancelled my order within 3 hours of making it. The store did not follow the cancellation instruction and dispatched the device. I rejected the Delivery on Friday, February 02 2024, and the courier company raised the expectation and returned the device to Samsung on the same day. It's been a week later with no feedback. However, the following is most concerning. 1. on 5 Feb 2024, they stated that delivery was completed effective 6 Feb 2024 (future date). They stated that this is part of the cancellation process and is regular. 2. So, delivering a false invoice and recording a false sale (as delivery was incomplete and risk and rewards were not transferred) is Ok according to Samsung's processes. It's now the 8th of February 2024, with zero feedback or path towards resolving this. They now say they have 7-14 days to react to customers' instructions (I know, crazy). They do not comply with their own online terms and conditions of sale.
My goods were not delivered and they don't answer the phones or reply to emails. Please note this company has many reports online as being a scam
Scammers, bought a graphics card and it was not delivered. they stopped answering my calls, they don't respond to emails and they stopped answering WhatsApp. PayFast effectively supports these scams, be aware of PayFast checkouts.

I went into Telkom Cresta yesterday to sort-out my modem which was broken. After the technician advised that I need a new modem I proceeded to the counter.<br> <br> 1. The lady at the counter cancelled by R206 Weekend and Evening calling package and my phone line (Combo) I phone Telkom this morning and nobody has yet reactivated in on my line , namely 0117821622<br> <br> 2. The store has a cheaper modem available compared to the modem I purchases, instead of refunding me the difference as agreed with the consultant - an uptick. was done on my account which resulted in me losing R430. I bought a Renault Sandero Stepway in 2013. The car is covered with superficial scratches as a result of the poor quality paint job performed on the non-metallic paint job, i.e. Standard white colour.<br> <br> The paint job has become dull and requires a good buff, looks worst than a 20 year old car. However, this is not the worst part. The original filling work on the body was done so poorly you can notice the uneven and careless execution wherever you look under trimming. There is no way Renault was using a decent quality paint or preparation products, which would allow them to have a 6 year warranty on the paint job.<br> <br> I am so happy that the new models are being imported and don't come from the clearly low standard renault Nissan Rosslyn plant as their are so many other small irritating features about the vehicle.<br> <br> In summary, I am just shocked at how quick the paint job is deteriorating, and I am completely unconvinced that Renault Head Office would ever back their warranty with the paint-job as it would open the flood gates for other customers. <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br>
