Stonewood - Shocking Property Management Company
Total nightmare dealing with this property management company. Cameras haven't been working in Park Mansions for months on end and continuously have to follow up with them for updates as they ''manage'' the block. 6 months later and still nothing has been done. Also have a problematic resident in the block who is causing ongoing issues in the complex despite raising this with Stonewood and the trustees, yet nothing has been done to resolve the issue. If the cameras were working then there would be sufficient evidence to show that the perpetrator needs to be removed from the premises.

Shocking Service from Redefine Properties
My experience with Redefine Properties has been shocking to say the least. I concluded a deal for Redefine in May earlier this year and am still awaiting to be paid the commission due to my company. For the past 4 weeks I have been following up with their office for payment and get told that the payment will be made in the week, yet no funds have been received into my account. I receive no feedback and always have to follow up with them despite them telling me they will keep me informed. It blows my mind that something so simple can take so long when they have all my required documentation. It's a disgrace that a company of this size and who has been operating for many years conducts themselves in this manner. If this does not get resolved this week I will be informing many of my existing and future clients not to deal with Redefine as their staff that I have been dealing with lack professionalism and moral values it seems.

Auto & General Service Delivery is Shocking!
I took my car in for the boot to be repaired at Auto \Magic\", Blue Route. After waiting weeks for it to be fixed, eventually after following up I was told I can come collect my vehicle. My boot wasn't polished properly as there was excess paint on the boot (which I got fixed) my alarm system since has been dysfunctional, my battery as a result has also been drained. I have not been able to start my car and now I going 5 weeks with my car still not working properly. No one seems to give a damn and I have been referred here and there and everyone is pointing fingers including my wonderful insurance Auto & General who are claiming according to the contact person at Auto Magic won't cover for my alarm system and battery to be fixed because I only have accident cover.I am a loyal customer who pays on time every month. I am the one who is following up, asking for updates as I am not being kept in the loop. I am strongly considering not staying with Auto & General-they don't even have the decency to provide me with a courtesy car in the interim!Maybe they should spend more time and money on SERVICE delivery and not so much on marketing! Then they will keep customers!"

Shocking Service-DON'T USE AUTO MAGIC, BLUE ROUTE!
