Stonewood - Shocking Property Management Company

Total nightmare dealing with this property management company. Cameras haven't been working in Park Mansions for months on end and continuously have to follow up with them for updates as they ''manage'' the block. 6 months later and still nothing has been done. Also have a problematic resident in the block who is causing ongoing issues in the complex despite raising this with Stonewood and the trustees, yet nothing has been done to resolve the issue. If the cameras were working then there would be sufficient evidence to show that the perpetrator needs to be removed from the premises.
