Storage Genie unpaid insurance claim!!!

AVOID this company at all costs. I had extensive damage to my furniture due to flooding at their Sandton branch. Emails ignored for 2 years regarding the insurance - the MD Herbert Wolte is a doggy idiot, **** and *****. My claim is still unpaid.
