This Company doesn't give a damn about your valuables burglars broke into their storage in Steeledale on the 20th Nov 24 Tessa said they viewed the footage nothing was taken I showed her videos and pics before and after 4 of my boxes were missing she did not reply read my messages and ignored me on the 21st I sent her a message she said they are busy investigating she will inform me if there is any news between the 21st Nov and 26th Nov I sent her 3 more messages which she ignored I called her today, she claims she can't remember the cameras was cut so how did she see nothing was taken in the first place? then she says she will call Busi, the lady on that site who also knows nothing......I am ever sorry I dealt with these people your things go missing and they treat you like it's your fault. She said she is viewing footage then she says the wires were cut so she is a **** as well
