Pathetic Service

Stay away from this supplier. Pathetic customer service. After paying them upfront. They did not meet their own delivery date. Never bothered to inform me of progress. Supplied faulty product which they refused to replace. Implied my "handling" of the product caused the damage. Refused to collect damaged goods to test, told me I must deliver them back to their offices to test. After I paid them additional delivery fees.
