I phoned on Friday 10 Jan around 14:40 - Am so discusted with the rude white guy that answeres the phone. Doesnt even give me a chance to explain why im calling. ThHangs up on me while im still busy exlaining. I phone back to explain what im trying to say, hoping he will be able to help me and again hangs up on me while im busy talking. Third time he doesnt even answer the phone. He has absolutely no people skills or any compassion to even listen to what i am trying to say. Honestly dont know how people can run a business like this.

This company deserves less than 1 star. Mike is a rude and obnoxious person who has no interest in customer care. We bought 50 NFC cards that absolutely do NOT work. Firstly the printing was out of register, which he didn't seem to think was a concern, and after spending literally hours on a multitude of apps to try and get iPhones to read the cards called Mike for assistance and a solution that would work for our client (we're a marketing company). We were told in no uncertain terms that Mike did not need to help us and that he did not need our business. He had zero interest to find a solution or to assist. He also didn't give a **** that he sold us a product that is of zero use to us. STAY AWAY FROM STORM MEDIA and Mike.

This is to Michael (Owner of Storm Media) I will start with trying to be as nice as possible as I can be. This company caused me a lot of pain and maybe ruined my client relationship with my customer for the rest of my life. It hurts me to even come to this platform and have to talk about it as it is not who I am and I do not like to bad mouth any business due to our economic situation we are facing. I believe all companies are trying to just survive after COVID-19 hit the world. However I feel I have a responsibility to say something and give warning to those who wants to go into a business relationship with STORM MEDIA. I have black and white email proof of how badly this company has treated my business and customer after paying the full amount as what was expected (R 6 699.90) To be precise for stainless steel business cards. It is not for me to discuss on this platform what happened, however if you wish to know... Stay away from this supplier. Pathetic customer service. After paying them upfront. They did not meet their own delivery date. Never bothered to inform me of progress. Supplied faulty product which they refused to replace. Implied my "handling" of the product caused the damage. Refused to collect damaged goods to test, told me I must deliver them back to their offices to test. After I paid them additional delivery fees.
