Zero interest in serving a working product

This company deserves less than 1 star.

Mike is a rude and obnoxious person who has no interest in customer care.

We bought 50 NFC cards that absolutely do NOT work. Firstly the printing was out of register, which he didn't seem to think was a concern, and after spending literally hours on a multitude of apps to try and get iPhones to read the cards called Mike for assistance and a solution that would work for our client (we're a marketing company). We were told in no uncertain terms that Mike did not need to help us and that he did not need our business.

He had zero interest to find a solution or to assist. He also didn't give a **** that he sold us a product that is of zero use to us.

STAY AWAY FROM STORM MEDIA and Mike.
