Extremely Disappointing

My recent experience with STP has been extremely disappointing. I felt there was a lack of clear, client-specific communication regarding policy requirements when insuring my new vehicle. In my opinion, the reliance on general notices did not provide the guidance I needed, which resulted in an unfavorable outcome for me.
