Extremely Disappointing
My recent experience with STP has been extremely disappointing. I felt there was a lack of clear, client-specific communication regarding policy requirements when insuring my new vehicle. In my opinion, the reliance on general notices did not provide the guidance I needed, which resulted in an unfavorable outcome for me.

Highly recommend VitaGene

Terrible After Sales Service and Support
Beware of Evetech offering 3 year Fetch and Repair Lenovo warranties, this is not the case as I have been informed. Expect to be without a machine for a minimum of 3 weeks possibly more. Promises of calls, follow ups are covered up with lies and cannot even return calls as promised. Disgusting after sales service, zero feedback. I would suggest another re-seller if you are in the market for anything IT related.

Horrible Warantee Service
If I could do minus 5 stars I would. We have had terrible warrantee service from Fetch and Repair and Lenovo. The lack of communication and misdiagnosis numerous times has lead to lengthy delays still with no resolution. Avoid Lenovo products at all costs.

No Delivery, Call Centre Not Answering
