**** ARTIST!

In 2017 our company purchased a toner from Stratus Office Consumables. The toner was not compatible with our printer so when they called to confirm delivery of the second toner I advised that we will not be taking it. They then told me that I cannot order 1 toner as this is part of consignment stock and it is also on promotion so I needed to take the three other toners. Mind you this was never communicated when we took the first order. None the less We took the three remaining toners Paid for them. Once we were done they said it was actually 8 toners and we needed to complete the order. We told them we did not sign or agree to such and told them never to call again. They continued to harass us but eventually they stoppes. 2 days ago I received a call from them...saying we owe them because we never paid for our orders that they delivered and we needed to take the remaining toners! This is 6 years later! Luckily i keep all emails and paper work so i knew for sure they were lying about us not paying them ! And also they were trying to get us to take more!!!! Disgusting Disgusting company! Please do not purchase anything from them. They are running a ****!
