Underhanded business.

I have also experienced the same as the rest, initially ordered a toner from stratus, never was i informed that this was a consignment order that i have gotten into. received the toner, its decent, it was promised to last 3x longer then regular toners. this was false.

Then I get called to check if i required more toner, i did not need more. all seemed fine.

A few months later I get called to say that I still have toners due on this consignment, this is when it all went pear shaped, I never recalled signing an agreement to purchase 24 toners .

Ive requested a copy of said contract or the recordings of the calls where I agreed to this, this has never been sent.

Then later this year I called by their so called contract termination department, we then spoke and to get this behind me I agreed to what the agent on the line discussed, which was , i will be liable for one more payment of a consignment of 2 toners and after which, the balance of the consignment will be cancelled.

I paid for the toners and they were received.

Then a month later i get another call from this contract termination dept, but this time, he says that if i make payment for this last order of 5 toners the balance of the consignment will be cancelled.

Requested all recordings and proof that I signed such a contract, awaiting response for this....

This really is a very unprofessional and underhanded way of doing business.
