am raising a formal complaint regarding the handling of my property transfer, which was finalised in November 2025. Despite the transfer being completed, I am still being billed for municipal rates and utilities for a property I no longer own. The City of Johannesburg requires certain documentation from the transferring attorneys in order to process a refund and correct the account. I have requested this documentation and assistance multiple times. To date, there has been no proper response, no clear communication, and no urgency shown in resolving this matter. During the transfer process, there was regular communication whenever documents or action were required from my side. Now that I require assistance with finalising an issue that arose from the same transfer, my emails are being ignored. This matter has been ongoing for months and has caused financial prejudice and frustration. I have requested meetings and calls, but there has been no proper engagement. If this matter is not resolved urgently, I will be left with no choice but to escalate it further. I hope this review prompts immediate attention and a proper resolution.
