Morning, I've settled my FINCHOICE account a year and a half ago. Till this day I haven't received my paid up letter and my account is now handed over to another entity. I've called and sent a numerous WhatsApp just to be told it was send when I didn't receive anything, what I dont understand is if they already have it on their system then why are they not resending?
