I ordered from Strom Creations and paid for product labels on the 2nd of this month. Sent her the proofnof payment on the 3rd. From requesting an invoice to placing my order I had to be the one who had to keep on reminding her to send me what I asked for. Dominique dooes not communicate.

She has to be nagged to do what she is asked and paid for. She promised to print on the 4th and deliver my order that Friday, it's the 19th and I am still waiting for my order. She's been been giving me excuse after excuse now she doesn't even answer my calls or WhatsApp texts. Dominique has no regard for other people's businesses, their money and time.

I commented on their business Instagram page and another customer of hers also commented about the horrible service she received her, Dominique has since deleted the business Instagram and Facebook accounts. Do not waste your money by ordering from Strom Creations. I am looking of ways to take this further, either I get what I paid for or my money back.
