Studio 59 Hair Salon Shocking service

This is the worst experience i have ever had at a hairdresser Studio 59 Hair Salon Wetton Paid R500 for half head highlights, hairdresser was inexperienced but i gave her benefit of the doubt . Color did not come out right as she did not leave toner in for long enough.. and she said i could back in to add more toner

Hair was wet when i left so i could not fully see the color of all the highlights.. half were the right colour and the rest is yellow/orange

After calling the salon and politely asking them to fix the issue I was given the run around with whoever(rude person) answers the phone that toner is not the issue like i am some kind of idiot.

Was rudely asked why i waited so long when i had called the week before and spoken to the same rude person who said he would call me back and never did..

Absolutely rude and shocking customer service..
