I visited Studio 88 Midrand yesterday to get a refund for sneakers. They said they couldn’t help me because the payment was “cashed up.” They promised to transfer the money to my account by 14:00 today, but at 15:00 I had to follow up, and they kept changing the time — first 16:00, then 18:00. I still don’t know if I will get my refund. Terrible customer service and very frustrating experience
