Student@burnett Bullies Single parent studies with forced full payments!

The admin dept have no compassion or feeling for single parents of students staying at the private residence. The students was told to study on line by university and work from home in lockdown. She went home to Natal and was studying on line as per Tuks instructions. She was told that to stay home and there would be no classes till further notice. All flight were cancelled and she has no other transport to travel after level 4 was announced. Pure idiot would reason that she has to travel back to residence to stay there without any family support for no other reason than she had signed a contract at beginning of Year to comply with staying and paying for accomadation. The studios@Burnett response is ridiculous and really sounding nothing than a bully and just after money!!! They say u must give you're financial statement and can ask for assistance. As they are aware under FIcA and Poppie act they are not allowed access to privileged information. Also they were send several emails requesting answers for assistance to have reduced rentals and only after weeks responding.

This is pure nothing but just bullies and have no feelings for single parent students and no feelings or care for people struggling!!
