Outsurance stoleMy money out of company account illegal!!
I asked my representative at Outsurance to look at cheaper insurance and she was informed that I need to put all my Company vehicles for TRT On fleet insurance and were gonna be cheaper!! Twice was more expensive and wrote email Which was send to regional manager who I told that I sent a email to outsurance that I wanna keep to original policy as they said they cant all Of a sudden do a new fleet Management and was just sent quotes ! I never excepted or was phoned and expressed even accepting the quote !!! Was made promises by Regional manager too Which also ended up to Nothing!! Where my policy was always R18k plus Minus monthly i woke Up This morning to a deduction of almost R 38 k which no ome authorised and was stolen without my approval!! Outsurance are thieves and no one gave them the right or approved quote !! My Policy nr is OT 2983677 and they will Also be reported to feb baoed and onbuds man by me!!

Student@burnett Bullies Single parent studies with forced full payments!
The admin dept have no compassion or feeling for single parents of students staying at the private residence. The students was told to study on line by university and work from home in lockdown. She went home to Natal and was studying on line as per Tuks instructions. She was told that to stay home and there would be no classes till further notice. All flight were cancelled and she has no other transport to travel after level 4 was announced. Pure idiot would reason that she has to travel back to residence to stay there without any family support for no other reason than she had signed a contract at beginning of Year to comply with staying and paying for accomadation. The studios@Burnett response is ridiculous and really sounding nothing than a bully and just after money!!! They say u must give you're financial statement and can ask for assistance. As they are aware under FIcA and Poppie act they are not allowed access to privileged information. Also they were send several emails requesting answers for assistance to have reduced rentals and only after weeks responding. This is pure nothing but just bullies and have no feelings for single parent students and no feelings or care for people struggling!!

Bad service HP Shop
Waiting almost 2 Months plus for a new delivery!! Have sent numerous emails and just don't reply! Called over 10 times and slam phone down in ear.
