On the 28th of July I bought a Brazilian 14 inch at Style Diva Jabulani Mall. I was referred to the store by a friend of mine who bought hair from Style Diva years ago. On the 8th of September I laid a complaint at the store to say that the hair tangles and it's poor quality. I can't pay R 1800.00 for hair that tangles even the closure it's so bad, I even showed the hair to some ladies at Foshini store and they could attest that the hair is poor quality. I used to sell hair I know.
Now my hair lends in Head office for assessment and I'm being told there is nothing wrong with the hair and they can't refund me. It's so said that when I returned the hair, one of the ladies in the store told me that, the hair they selling now it's not the same quality as the old stock they used to have. Only now I find out that the hair is 9A and not even 11A or 12A. I would have bought the hair if it said on the tag that it is 9A, I know that 9A is poor quality I wouldn't have bought the hair. It false advertising, right there. Now they sending back the hair back to me without even treating it. I'm certain that it has tangled even further due to the traveling that the hair has done. I want nothing but my money back or else they must keep the hair. I'm giving it to them. I should have just went to Universal church in town JHB CBD I'm sure I could have received better quality.
