Refund

Yesterday i have ordered 2 jerssey and 2 coat,after sime few minutes i have realised that the coat dienst have fril inside then i immediatly cancel the whole order the they promised to do the refund,up until tdy i am struggling to get my refund tge keep on saying they are waiting for their accountant
