They were great in coming out for a quotation and completing the work on time. But two years later the kitchen cupboards are breaking out the hinges and when requesting some assistance as to why this is happening and if they can fix it, emails and calls are ignored. Therefore, the after-sales service is non-existent. So I would not recommend. Will have to dock up to pay another service provider to fix their mess....

We had our kitchen redesigned and installed by the company, just a little more than 12 months ago. We noticed that the wine rack started to show serious defects. I emailed the owner Marlize Esterhuizen on 6 Aug 2018 asking her to send her people to my house to mend the problem. She answered me on 8 August promising to do it within 2 weeks. It is now a month later. Despite follow-up emails and a telephone call, she is ignoring me flatly and it seems that she is not willing to take responsibility for the poor work that was done.
