Best support for tax returns
Taxtim imported all my tax documents. I amnswered a few straighforward questions and my tax return was completed withing 10 minutes. Easy and user-frienly.

Poor workmanship and no after sales support
We had our kitchen redesigned and installed by the company, just a little more than 12 months ago. We noticed that the wine rack started to show serious defects. I emailed the owner Marlize Esterhuizen on 6 Aug 2018 asking her to send her people to my house to mend the problem. She answered me on 8 August promising to do it within 2 weeks. It is now a month later. Despite follow-up emails and a telephone call, she is ignoring me flatly and it seems that she is not willing to take responsibility for the poor work that was done.

No after-sales service from All in One Generators
Please be aware before doing business with this highly unprofessional business, specifically a gentleman with the name of JJ Symington. I had been in contact with him for more than a week, requesting a minor service on the generator they installed at my property 3 years ago. At the time they were eager to make money out of me but now that I need after sales service it is non existing. Mr JJ Symington comes across as a highly disorganised business man. When I phoned his office last week, they gave me his number. He answered my call very unprofessionally and it was clear that he did not have a diary or a pen or anything with him. He did promise to call me back. Needless to say, he never called me once - I had to call him every time. I then had to call him every day for more than a week, and everyday I got the same short message that somebody would be at my place the next morning to service my generator. Yesterday he asked me for my address!! After a week so he lost it. I sms'd him the address and I phoned him this morning. He confirmed that he got the message and that one of his workers would be at my place at 11h00. It is now 15h10 at still nobody from his company and no phone call from Mr Symington explain the delay. I just mailed his office expressing my total disgust with the service, and all of a sudden he wants to talk to me.

Poor Service never ends!
<p>My Telkom landline and email service is nore faulty than in a working condition. My latest reference number is 1102CTK151116. I even complained on their Facebook page, but to no avail. The lack of service and respect for their customers are absolutely shocking.</p>
