Disrespectful

I reversed 2 debit orders because I wanted to exit the contract I signed.. So sub rosa sent a person by the name of Jasper to come to my home and threaten with legal action...then he was rude and said my concerns is not his problem.. And I should not threaten him by saying I have other security company that I'm looking to utilize. To be disrespected in my own house.. This is the 1st for me...my whole family was present and said this man is was so rude... Its shocking to see that a security company that should be there to make us feel safe is the same company that send people to threaten if you don't pay....jasper didn't care about anything I had to say... He just said he represented sub rosa's legal team...so I will honor the contract I signed.. But when it's done.. I'm done.. I will never deal with this company again!
