Dulux paint does not label correctly

I recently purchased Dulux Rock Grip White Enamel paint, and nowhere on the paint can or product description did it clearly state that it is oil-based paint. Had I known this beforehand, I would never have bought it. I used the paint on my children’s bunk bed, and the smell has been absolutely unbearable. It has now been a week, and my kids still cannot sleep in their room because of the strong fumes. This has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. Product information should be clearly and properly labelled so customers know exactly what they are purchasing, especially when it comes to oil-based paints with such strong odours and fumes. I believe Dulux should improve its packaging and product descriptions to avoid situations like this for other customers. I would also appreciate advice on how to get rid of this horrible smell as soon as possible.

Disrespectful

I reversed 2 debit orders because I wanted to exit the contract I signed.. So sub rosa sent a person by the name of Jasper to come to my home and threaten with legal action...then he was rude and said my concerns is not his problem.. And I should not threaten him by saying I have other security company that I'm looking to utilize. To be disrespected in my own house.. This is the 1st for me...my whole family was present and said this man is was so rude... Its shocking to see that a security company that should be there to make us feel safe is the same company that send people to threaten if you don't pay....jasper didn't care about anything I had to say... He just said he represented sub rosa's legal team...so I will honor the contract I signed.. But when it's done.. I'm done.. I will never deal with this company again!

Don't ever buy from makro online

This is now my second hello peter complaint... Because nothing was done previously... I purchased a TV on 9 August.. Today is the 21 August.. And no TV... very quick to take the money... Looking at the number of online complaints is shocking.. And nothing is being done about it!!!

Package opened when ordered online from makro

Please be very careful when buying of the makro online platform, I purchased a TV and when the courier company delivered it the box was open and resealed with clear tape, and the courier guy said he had to open it to test it, when is opening a package to test become a thing? He even said I can call makro to confirm so when I called the next day they said no courier company had permission to open the package.. So I'm still waiting for a replacement tv or even a phone call explaining what happened... This was my first ever online purchase from makro and it will be my last.

Don't trust CurtBert, he lies

Never trust CurtBert, he will say whatever just to get your money. I requested to do a gabion wall and CurtBert was eager to assist however once I paid the deposit then he comes with excuses.. He lies about everything, everyday he gave me a different excuse why he cannot come eventually I got tired and asked for a refund I'm still waiting for my refund, and I now need to get someone else to do the job..
