total scam

<p>This company is a total and complete scam. The 'customer service' employees are rude and condescending. My partner and I tried to get a refund on a purchase and it has taken six weeks and they are still plying dumb and acting like we haven't provided them with the appropriate information, which we have done twice. I frustrated, angry and shocked by the complete lack of communication and customer service. We have and emailed many times with no response. After leaving countless emails and providing all of the requested infomration we received the following rude email:</p> <p>We have received your emails and your phone messages.<br />We have answered you in regards to the status of your refund.<br />If we do not respond to all of your emails or voicemails, it is because we do not have NEW information on the status of your refund.<br />Your cancellation is now in the hands of our Accounting Department. They refund in the order they are received.<br />Excessive emails and voicemails do slow down the process of your refund as well as the refunds of others.</p> <p>We are in receipt of your cancellation and have all of the information to process it.
