Bad service at successo

I recently had an accident on the 14 june 2020. I've been insured with successo since from January 2020 when i bought my np200 bakkie in east london nissan. The sales rep at nissan recommended successo. Since the night of the accident they haven't called me to check how i was doing and they never sent a tow truck. I had to organise a tow truck myself. I've been calling them and they're not answering their phones. I don't what's happening. Can't get hold of them and i haven't registered the claim yet. Guys whats happening with these company. I need more info regarding successo
