Successo- now called Intus( Integrated Underwriting Solutions) Service is bad Slow to process Claims They look for every opportunity to deduct Other deduction they are not upfront about until you confront them. My car was written off after and accident. After they assessed and calculated retail value I was later told by my short fall insurer that they actually Underpaid my claim. The retail value mentioned by them is not correct(compared against the Transunion report). I confronted them I was told that they actually claimed for scratches and dents.

The contact details of this company are just there, they do not answer their phones or emails. This insurance is not there to assist their customers. I want to cancel my insurance with them but it impossible cause I cannot get through to them and the bank cannot do a debit order reversal it's through epic3 merchandise. Trying to find the contacts of that company so that I can cancel my insurance with no luck! I do not recommend this insurance

The contact details of this company are just there, they do not answer their phones or emails. This insurance is not there to assist their customers. I want to cancel my insurance with them but it impossible cause I cannot get through to them and the bank cannot do a debit order reversal it's through epic3 merchandise. Good day, I'm Elizabeth a client who took car insurance with successo on August 2020 and on September my car was involved in an accident but when sending claim I was told it was rejected as there was no nominated driver which I was not asked about his details during the underwriting, I asked them to send me recording where by it was not mentioned at all about his details over the recording, when complaining about the feedback I was told it will be escalated to the management, after doing follow up I was told that the management decision is that if I'm not satisfied with their decision I must call the ombudsman.

Very bad customer service Thokozani Vilakazi is unruly, lacks manners, has no idea what customer service is and after all that I went and did my own research after he failed to just send me a measly policy document with a changed address.... if you read this review DONT TAKE UP THIS INSURANCE they are a sham......

Wouldn't recommend these insurance to friends and family. Had a real bad experience when tried to register for a claim, i was sent from pillar to post. Claim was only registered after 4 days since the accident happened, during the accident i tried calling them and couldn't get hold of them and a tow truck was never sent. I had to organise my own tow truck. They didn't want to pay the tow truck company including storage fee, they wanted me to pay for the cost because i never made use of their services, thats when i told them that all the telephones lines for successo were off, couldn't get hold of them. What were they expecting me to do? Leave my car behind at the accident scene? I really had a difficult time with these insurance. They didn't even want to give me the car rental, saying i should wait for my claim to be finalised first. I told them hell no. Im covered for that and i need you to provide me with a courtesy vehicle and i need to go back to work. Then they gave me a courtesy vehicle after a week begging them for it, im no longer their client and the policy has been cancelled yet their deducted R1184 from my account. I contacted them and they promised to refund, which they never did. I went to the bank and was told fnb no longer reverses debit orders due to covid 19. Guys think before taking these insurance to avoid heartache and disappointment

The sales rep at nissan recommended successo. Since the night of the accident they haven't called me to check how i was doing and they never sent a tow truck. I had to organise a tow truck myself. I've been calling them and they're not answering their phones. I don't what's happening. Can't get hold of them and i haven't registered the claim yet. Guys whats happening with these company. Have insurance with them from last year December, the consultant told me they will deduct 1905,60 in january which is 1005,60 monthly instalment and 900 for administration,then In january they deducted 900 only. February they took 2200, i called and asked what was it for the lady told me its for two montly instalment and 200 o cant remember what she said was for, i told her but thata was not as per our agreement, can I make an arrangement to pay february instament in month end, she told me they dont make arrangement rather she cancel the policy then it will start deducting in March without any administration fee, I agreed in March they deducted right amount then come April they deduct 1905,60 I called again they told me its a mistake I should go to the bank and dispute, I did that and that Guy told me to call a day after to make an arrangement of which i did he told debit order will go off on Friday but till today it never did, I am trying to call their office now but there is no one picking the phone.

I will never recommend Successo Administration Managers (Pty) Ltd to my friends or colleagues, they have poor service records, the claim process take long and their excess its a reap off.
