I am not happy with the process or the service I am receiving feom the company, consultant by the name of Priya is the one was who is handling my case after paying the company to assist with my debt review case, there no feedback given nothing at all, when you call consultant is always unavailable, sometimes the are phone does not go through. It such a frustrating process and their client experience is not great at all, they lack accountability and they don’t deliver to their promises.
Staff at Maluti cresent are bad at customer service, they don't know what client experience mean. I went to the store to do a sim swap and I was told to bring the proof of residence after queuing at the atm for the statement I went to the store at 13:50 and I have the door closed they told me to come the following day of which it does not make sense to me because the store close at 14:00 and the staff is still in the store and I have to travel all the way to harrismith for such service.. not happy with the service
My moms decoder got disconnected, i payed montly fee including the connection fee, called multichoice 5 times they told, I must send the proof of payment of which I did send but still the decoder is not playing. I had to call again but I fail to get help as the consultants I spoke to are giving me are not helping. No longer know what to do
Consultant Dhanesh Mondo offered a great service, the query was handle well and within time.He is good at what he does.
So I bought my car last year december from Vw Kroonstad of which I have received a good service,early january i had a problem with the hooter, i took the car to Vw Bethlehem and they did a job cut and the said they will call me once they receive the stock (the car is still under warranty).In march the car had a problem with the radiator, The Vw Sa came and took the car to Vw Bethlehem and they told that the radiator is leaking and the warranty wont cover for it then i payed an amount of 5500 for the radiator then, i asked about the hooter they told me I will have to pay for that too because the horn was damage due to the radiator problem, I asked them how because those a different cases which happend in different time. Vw Sa only told that i should take the car to another Vw as they are unable to help
Have insurance with them from last year December, the consultant told me they will deduct 1905,60 in january which is 1005,60 monthly instalment and 900 for administration,then In january they deducted 900 only. February they took 2200, i called and asked what was it for the lady told me its for two montly instalment and 200 o cant remember what she said was for, i told her but thata was not as per our agreement, can I make an arrangement to pay february instament in month end, she told me they dont make arrangement rather she cancel the policy then it will start deducting in March without any administration fee, I agreed in March they deducted right amount then come April they deduct 1905,60 I called again they told me its a mistake I should go to the bank and dispute, I did that and that Guy told me to call a day after to make an arrangement of which i did he told debit order will go off on Friday but till today it never did, I am trying to call their office now but there is no one picking the phone.
