I have a bad service from this companies where by my claim was declined as they said I did not nominate the nominated driver of which I was not even asked about his details during underwriting. Even on the recording that I requested they did not ask me about his details. When I am complaining they said if I'm not satisfied with their service I must just write the ombudsman as there is nothing they can do, without even calling me to get my story.
I'm Elizabeth, I think these company are amalgamated and trying to confuse client when having problems as even on their documentation all 3 company appear, I took two months for me to get feedback for my claim that I lodge as my car was in an accident and I reported the incident to them as I have car insurance, they failed to admit that the underwriting was not done in full as I was not asked if I have a nominated driver or maybe asking their details, so they rejected my claim because of that and telling me that if I'm not satisfied I must write my complain to the ombudsman. I suggest if someone was about to take insurance with this three companies please don't ever.
Good day, I'm Elizabeth a client who took car insurance with successo on August 2020 and on September my car was involved in an accident but when sending claim I was told it was rejected as there was no nominated driver which I was not asked about his details during the underwriting, I asked them to send me recording where by it was not mentioned at all about his details over the recording, when complaining about the feedback I was told it will be escalated to the management, after doing follow up I was told that the management decision is that if I'm not satisfied with their decision I must call the ombudsman.
