Khetha are my Brokers but they have not done anything in assisting me with my claim with New National (AAA Claims), i have been the one to call and request for updates, my accident was on the 22nd March and even my courtesy car period has expired with no tangible progress on my claim. I have had to hire a car due to my mothers health issues and i cannot be without transport. I have comp**** with all the required documents on time but have been met with attitude and lack of empathy from the consultant at AAA Claims. The reason for me wanting to have a broker is that when you live in rural areas some things are not easily accessible and a Broker would facilitate everything on my behalf but they have done nothing but tell me they are waiting to hear from AAA Claim, who are only contacted by me and not them for an update.

Disgusting service!!!!! I have never in my life felt like I have wasted my money. I can not express enough to anyone looking for a broker to not make the mistake of going with Kheta. I was in a car accident 3 weeks ago and I have communicated with them numerous times asking them to intervine in assisting me to urge the insurance to give me a courtesy car (which is a benefit i am applicable for according to my policy) but I have not been advocated for by them! I am beyond disappointed.

I have had car insurance with Broker Buddy under Khetha insurance since July 2021 and have never had an inpaid premium. This month, due to an emergency, I reversed my debit order with the knowledge that I have 15 days to make the payment before my policy lapses. I contacted them and informed them thay I reversed the debit order and they should please resubmit the debit order. Days later, I got an sns that said My Insurance was cancelled and I should be requoted for a new insurance, their reason is that the policy I was on no longer exists and therefore I need to get a new insurance. How do you cancel a policy just like that when I requested withhin the timeframe that it be debited again? How does my insurance package no longer exist? Now Im left stranded without cover for my car because mine no longer exist. I am not happy at all!!!!! I woukd like my car insurance reinstated please.

I should say I got the best insurance service from this insurance company. 2 years ago I insured my vehicle under Khetha insurance company as a first time driver and I believe that this was the best decision I have made for my vehicle and my peace of mind. I had a comprehensive cover for my vehicle. I have been involved in 3 minor accidents and my car was repaired timely without me even paying access fees because I had an access reduction on my cover. The service I received from the service consultants was always above expectations in terms of professionalism and constant feedback. I know this is very shocking because most insurance want you to pay an access fee before they can repair your vehicle. My monthly premium is R1070 pm and this was the cheapest quote when I was shopping for my insurance. I recommend this insurance 110%

I have a bad service from this companies where by my claim was declined as they said I did not nominate the nominated driver of which I was not even asked about his details during underwriting. Even on the recording that I requested they did not ask me about his details. When I am complaining they said if I'm not satisfied with their service I must just write the ombudsman as there is nothing they can do, without even calling me to get my story.
