Disgusting service!!!!! I have never in my life felt like I have wasted my money. I can not express enough to anyone looking for a broker to not make the mistake of going with Kheta. I was in a car accident 3 weeks ago and I have communicated with them numerous times asking them to intervine in assisting me to urge the insurance to give me a courtesy car (which is a benefit i am applicable for according to my policy) but I have not been advocated for by them! I am beyond disappointed.
What a horrible experience! No sense of urgency! The agent was supposed to send me an email with the steps going forward. It's been over 48 hours now. No assessor has come to assess my car. They have only given me 1 quote. There has not been any follow up communication. I have not be told what to do next. I have not received a courtesy car. My car hasn't been fetch. Horrible customer service and what a disgusting experience as a first timer. I pay my premium without fail but until now I have not been treated as a customer with a good record. This is my first claim from them. Please please please don't ever take out your insurance whether car or home with Hollard. You will be dismally disappointed!
