I would like to complaim about the terrible service at Bloemfomtein Heidedal Twin City Mall. The workers there are always rude. Ita like they are doing us a favor. Ive observed this type of service for over a year now but I can no longer keep quiet. I dread going to that store, its like they were.l not offered any customer service training at all. Please assit and make this store more pleasant to go to.
Sunday the 24th of November tMy family and I ordered breakfast and a kiddies meal for our daughter for Sit in at Stadium inn Twin City Mall Bloemfontein. The time was 11:14 as stared on our receipt. We waitied then 40 minutes later we still had not received our food. Mind you the store was not busy at all. The waiter then came and asked for our receipt and we were informed that they had not captured it and only then were they informing the kitchen about our order. Needless to day after waiting for 40 minutes, it was only then that they were preparing our order and we receivee our food at 12:03. 50 minutes for a mere breakfast and it was not even rush hour. I am bot pleased at all with the service that we received nor was the staff applogetic about it. Regards A very Unhappy customer.
Good day I recently purchased a Luella handbag, shoes and sunglasses from Foschini at Bloemfontein Lochlogan store. As soon as I stepped out, the alarms went off. I went back in and they removed some tags. I then proceeded to an Edgars store and as soon as I stepped in alarms went off. Security checked and they again found a tag that wasnt removed feom my Foschini bags. When I left Edgars again it went off but they just let me leave. Fast forward to 3 weeks later when I wamt to use my bag. I go shopping and every store I went into alarms were going off I was subjected to so much humiliation amd having to be searched by Security whilst people looked on to see what I stole. Guess what, inside the pocket of my Luella Bag there is still a tag that wasnt removed. When I wanted to wear my Luella shoes, as soon as I put my right foot in I felt there was something inside. Guess what, another tag that wasnt removed. Im not happy at all. What level of laziness is this that soo many tags weren't removed and Ive been subjeced to countless humiliation. Ill be going to the Store to remove the 2 tags I've found. Regards

I have had car insurance with Broker Buddy under Khetha insurance since July 2021 and have never had an inpaid premium. This month, due to an emergency, I reversed my debit order with the knowledge that I have 15 days to make the payment before my policy lapses. I contacted them and informed them thay I reversed the debit order and they should please resubmit the debit order. Days later, I got an sns that said My Insurance was cancelled and I should be requoted for a new insurance, their reason is that the policy I was on no longer exists and therefore I need to get a new insurance. How do you cancel a policy just like that when I requested withhin the timeframe that it be debited again? How does my insurance package no longer exist? Now Im left stranded without cover for my car because mine no longer exist. I am not happy at all!!!!! I woukd like my car insurance reinstated please.
I took out a comprehensive life cover with Sanlam Indie and wwqs fiven a premium of R367. During the call I disclosed that I had previously had pregnancy hypertension, the consultant noted it and I was offered a R367 Premium which I agreed to and I asked that they start the contract on November 15th. They sent my contract and as I was going through it I noticed they didn't include the disclosure I made of the pregnancy hypertension and I contacted them and asked them to include it as I was clear about it from the onset. Secondly they then decides to withdraw October 15th despite us having agreed my contract will start November. Then suddenly I get a contract for Accidental Life cover of R127 premium. I have never app**** for Accidental life cover so Im not sure who gave them authority to do so. Just as Im shocked over this new contract Im receiving, month end ai get a deduction of R596 from Sanlam Indie. How I wemt from a comprehensive life cover of R367, to Accidental life cover of R127 to now getting a debit order of R597 is all a big mystery to me. I called and no one could explain why I have 2 contracts and a conpletely different amount of debit order. After a long back and forth I was told they changed my premium because I had pregnancy hypertension and it went from R367 to R596. But when I took out the contract I disclosed that hypertension and I got an offer of R376. I also heard something about not being vaccinated, but with that as well it was disclosed during my phonecall consultation. All these changes and decisions were done without my consent, or even as little as consultation. Dealing with Sanlam Indie is such an administrative Mess, I can just imagine the torture it would be if I pass away and my family has to claim from these people. Surely my daughter will be left with nothing. I have cancelled my life cover and will go elsewhere, there is no way Im putting the future of my Family in Sanlam Indie.
For months I've been having problems.with Betway, now it has just gotten worse. I love playing the Aviator game but it is so rigged its notnright. When.you are about to win they kick you out, whe. You win and cash out, they don't give your money they say its "Stage time out". They also have a big habit of slowing down the system which will say "slow network" which of course only happens as you are about to win. I played for an hour today on Auto Cashout and lost continuously, just as I was about to win, suddenly "Network was jammed" and guess what, my bet didn't go through. Immediately after that loss the.network was miraculously fine, it only jams when we're about to win. I will be taking further steps to report this corrupt app
I had a Cell C contract which ended 2 to 3 years ago. I got billed an unknown R13 after I had canceled my contract which I gladly paid. However, to day that R13 still appears as a bad debt on my credit report, a credit report which I'm working very hard to keep in check. I have contacted their account office with Proof of payment and requested they assist with removing that from my credit report but to date no assistance has been given to me.
Poor customer service. I was at signature store in Bloemfontein Bloem Plaza on Monday I wanted to buy a lipstick I asked for help they answered me with attituded instead they continued with their chats with their friend. Today I went to look for that lipstick again because I did not get help on Monday they did the same. When I share with my colleagues they explained that they also experience the same with that store. Can you kindly intervene. Thank You
I sometimes use my cellphone app to pay my Edgars account, for about a year now. In April obviously due to rhe Lockdown I had to pay online. I paid the account, settled the amount (R1270) but to date they have not removed it from my account, instead my account just keeps increasing. I've contacted Edgars from May regarding this, I've been to the store 4 times already (Lochlogan Waterfront), I've sent Proof of payment but I'm silll sitting with this debt.
