Very bad customer service Thokozani Vilakazi is unruly, lacks manners, has no idea what customer service is and after all that I went and did my own research after he failed to just send me a measly policy document with a changed address.... if you read this review DONT TAKE UP THIS INSURANCE they are a sham......
BONITAS IS SUCH A DRAG..... MY MOTHER HAS BEEN ON A CHRONIC CARE PROGRAME FOR A WHILE NOW, I TOOK HER FOR HER BI YEARLY CONSULTATION BONITAS REFUSES TO PAY THE CLAIM NUMBER ********** 666, THEY SAY SHE IS NOT ON A CHRONIC CARE PROGRAM , BUT TWO AGENTS THAT I TALKED TO CONFIRMED THAT SHE IS ON THE PROGRAM, NOW ALL OF A SUDDEN TODAY I'M TOLD THE DOCTOR CLAIMED WITH AN INCORRECT CODE 07347 AND THAT HE MUST CLAIM WITH 0190, I THEN CALLED HER REGISTERED DOCTOR TO LET THEM KNOW THAT THEY MUST CLAIM CORRECTLY FOR THE CLAIM TO PAID, THE DOCTOR'S ASSISTANT THAT HAS BEEN WORKING THERE FOR LONGER THAN 18 YEARS CONFIRMS THAT 07347 IS THE CORRECT CODE FOR CHRONIC CARE AND MY MOTHER HAS BEEN ON CHRONIC CARE FOR A WHILE...... NOW PLEASE PLEASE BONITAS STOP BEATING AROUND THE BUSH AND PAY THE DOCTOR WHAT IS DUE TO HIM, MY MOTHER CANNOT AFFORD TO PAY MEDICAL AID AND IN RETURN ALSO PAY CONSULTATION COSTS...... PLEASE LISTEN TO THE CALLS I HAVE MADE THROUGH OUT TODAY AND YESTERDAY AND SORT THIS MESS OUT NOW ALSO DEAL WITH YOUR STUFF THAT LACK DECISION MAKING AND ACCOUNTABILITY S****S. MY MOTHER IS ON CHRONIC CARE AND THE CLAIM MUST BE PAID LIKE WISE!
THE WORST SERVICE EVER! This review is on behalf of my 75 year old mother who has ALZHEIMER and cannot receive calls because TELKOM refuses to give back her number. Please use my number ( ********** ) and charge the responsible parties in the sales and customer care line centres 10213 number- their service is wack! 1. Earlier in the month i called Telkom asking them to reactivate the old number back, i was advised that the prepaid services are no longer available, i must reapply for a new line and then request for activation of the old number, on Saturday the 10th the technicians came and connected the line for us, he further adviced us to call the sales guys to get the old number back. Now my nightmare started the first agent told me the system is not allowing the old number to reconnect i must try again the following week on Monday- what sthe use of a land line number no one knows, i asked her to escalated this to her supervisor (thinking that that i would get help), little did i know the supervisor refused to take ownership of the query, he REFUSED to take down my details and help to solve the query right there and then, advising me that i have to call back, last week i called the system was offline, TODAY the system is online the agent says what ever system they have to use to change the number back to the old number is not working, i asked for her supervisor, when a supervisor eventually came, she says i must call back on Saturday just like the agent told me, and initially the technicians that re-installed this line advised us that we must call on a Monday because these people don't work on Saturdays, as this line was installed on Saturday the 11th. I would like Telkom to help get us our old land line number back! I had to go to the extend of trying to show the supervisor that this is not the first time i'm calling and i'd understand that if she knew how lengthly my request has been hanging for she would help me, BUT NO TELKOM CALL CENTRE SUPERVISORS DONT TAKE OWNERSHIP! THEY KNOW NOTHING ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had to intern ask this supervisor why she doesn't check on her system how many times i've been calling and why doesn't she then log a ticket for me.... Only when i start asking her to log the ticket then she thinks about it WOW- SHE GETS RATED A ZERO FROM ME, as i am writing out this complaint to telkom i have been on the call and waiting for a reference number that I will use for this complaint i'm making now, I have been on the line for now 1 hour 22 min and 28 seconds. and guess what Telkom is now sending an sms telling me to make payments for the land line that was never used, i don't mind paying if only i had the number that i requested back. 1. Please escalate to the QA department have them listen to all these calls i have made - deal with the relevant people that have failed you as a company and please please please get someone to help, i would just like to pay for what i requested for as a consumer. 2. I want my land line number back, they said it was still available- I WANT IT BACK. 3. I spoke to Londiwe Mkhize who escalated me to SAMKE MVELE (the supervisor that does not log tickets for customers) she gave me the following reference number ********** for the ticket the agent logged. 4.I find it unacceptable that i have to follow up for Telkom's system errors, i cannot be held accountable for that, if there is a problem with the system take down my details log a ticket give me back my number and call me back with the solution - not this rubbish that they are an inbound call center and cannot call me back, while the supervisor was going to cal me back when i requested to talk to them and they were busy with an escalation. WOW TELKOM WOW- YOUR SALES CALL CENTER REALLY SUCKS! It's more like they are trying to cancel the sales rather than trying to retain the sales! SOMEONE PLEASE HELP US!
