Poor service from Successo

Successo- now called Intus( Integrated Underwriting Solutions)

Service is bad Slow to process Claims They look for every opportunity to deduct Other deduction they are not upfront about until you confront them.

My car was written off after and accident. After they assessed and calculated retail value I was later told by my short fall insurer that they actually Underpaid my claim. The retail value mentioned by them is not correct(compared against the Transunion report).

I confronted them I was told that they actually claimed for scratches and dents.
