Suchtech Elevators - Problem

Found them on the net...to repair a dumb waiter. They quoted, I accepted, paid a deposit and then paid the balance after they completed the work. The day after, it wouldn't work ...sent them an email because their phone numbers weren't answered. Tried again and again. Eventually got hold of them...said they were on their way. Never pitched. Emails not answered. Phones not being answered. They have my money....dumb waiter not working. Very, very unhappy.
