Terrible customer service

I ordered buy 1 get 1 free. I took a screen shot of the special for this exact reason. I did not get the 1 free. I had to drive 10km to the restaurant to try and get the remainder. The owner was contacted and unwilling to help me! After showing proof they still dismissed me. It was my first and definitely my last time ordering from them and their arrogant owner.
