*****/****!!! Alec Laubscher is a *****. I paid a deposit and he blocked my mobile number days therafter. As mentioned in other complaints, Alec is very responsive and until he receives the deposit, thereafter it is a struggle to communicate probably because he had no intention of delivering a quality product, or in my case to deliver any product at all. He requested I pay a 70% deposit even though the website states 50%. A+M Wendy Houses missed 3x dates which they committed to starting on site, lying everytime for why they could not make it to site, citing the weather etc. (Also see other complaints). After the 3rd missed starting date my mobile number was blocked. My deposit of R13.8k was never refunded. Take note that A+M Wendy Houses & Summit Log & Nutec Homes is the same company and that all addresses provided on the websites are inaccurate/wrong.
