I am so unhappy with your services, firstly live support agents gave me s#@t , they so short off, no customer services or satisfaction at all , firstly I'm a new member to Sunbet , I did my first withdrawal , did a hell hectic playthrough, and actually did my first withdrawal, the agent didnt even congratulate me at all, just said iust FICA

I have been trying since yesterday to FICA , because your app is faulty, I can't upload anything,,,,I've been struggling and waiting up until now, 14:43 pm , which is ridiculous, I feel very under valued .

This is totally unacceptable, I am very unhappy, disregarded and ill treatment was given, not a good experience at all.........
