There was no water , no WiFi and there is no furniture for the patio

There was no water , no WiFi and there is no furniture for the patio. When we called to enquire they said when they are fully booked they have water issues. They also said the Vodacom tower was down. Horrible communication from the time of arrival, they didn’t tell us the dining times , where to find things. The worst accommodation.
