Misled and ****** by Sunrise Beach Accommodation

Sunrise.. 'WHERE IS OUR REFUND OF R5185. 00. You guys have misled us and wanted to charge us a rate of R300 per visitor, nkt guest during our stay and we disagreed and both parties agreed upon us just staying for the night and leaving the next morning.

We paid for one night as instructed by Hanelee to Gugu.

On our way out we see that Sunrise struck a payment of R4635. 00. Upon query you guys were trying ro beat around the bush and have nit resolved our issue as yet.

Is it even legal to charge a rate of R300 per visitor. And this is not even one of your rules when booking. If it was one of the rules we would glady accept.

The arrogance and abuse we get from sunrise beach resort is totally unfair.

Can a responsible and fair person please get in contact with me and try and resolve this at this level as I am getting nowhere when we get trough to the office.

AND OUR DEPOSIT AMOUNT HAS NOT BEEN REFUNDED AS YET.
