Dirty lodge from booking.com

The service was very poor. The rooms ddnt have towels and soap. TV’s ddnt have remotes we had to borrow the remote from the receptionist. All the rooms must borrow that one remote. The beds are falling apart and some of the rooms don’t have lights. Stove only one plate is working. The pool is dirty. Going out is a hustle as we nee the reception lady to open the gate with remote. Sometimes she sleeping and doesn’t assist with what we need.
