Bad service

Hi there, I was at the Sunset Pharmacy in Sea Point to purchase some items, I had a large bar of chocolate in my hand which costs R169.99 & the package was torn & dented, as was the rest,I was told to go to Allen, I did ask him if I can by any chance get a slight discount,his reply was no it's already on special(which it wasn't),then I said but why is it damaged then,he rep**** saying it comes from Italy. So unprofessional & such a lame excuse,I reside in Mouille Point & I definitely won't go back there,I'll be sure to let my family & friends know about this. Unacceptable
