Supa Rubber Supa no care
I ordered Light Teracotta X3 buckets- and they keep sending me RED. I gave the two buckets to worker to paint and when I got home I am shocked tonsee Red paint on my light teeacotta roof. I emailed - No response. I called and WhatsApp videos and photos, employee of supanrubber acknowledge that colour is not whatbi ordered. No resolution YTD. I am single breadwinner and this paint is expensive. This company did me in by sending wrong colour and refusing to fix it.

Please do not support Worst sales person ever. Doesn't even know there own price of the product. Got confirmation telephonically about the price of the product. Sales person even says he doesn't mind to lose business

Supa Rubber Pool paint
There swimming pool is the worst paint I ever used. The paint is flaking off pits and pieces only 24 hours after I filled my swimming pool. All the paint that came loose looked like it never dried properly. I called Supa Rubber, and they assured me I'm the first costumer that ever complaint. They promised me feedback but after numerous messages no reply and if you get hold of them, they just Tel you they don't know what to say to me. This is pathetic from Supa Rubber.

All the paint that came loose looked like it never dried properly. I called Supa Rubber, and they assured me I'm the first costumer that ever complaint. CHECK MANY BAD REVIEWS!!
Unacceptable!! So my bad review was "reported". All the evidences were submitted to hellopeter and I WILL warn people. Why so many bad reviews?? Any PROPER business who cares will find a SOLUTION or give there version on bad reviews on this platform for all to see!! Just proof again they couldn't care less!!

So far so good!!
I bought a 5L to trial run, although there were back and forth with Courier Guy, Madri was helpful and patient. Finally received, used as a sealant on our rental properties. This heavy rain has been an ultimate test and i was cringing everytime it rains but no calls or endless messages from Tenants. Its been 2 weeks and no complaints. I will return with another review during winter time if still in tact

Positive experience all around.
Excellent quality product, and what seems to be a very helpful and reliable team. Customer support was very helpful in answering all my questions as I ordered online and needed lots of help. Used the product for waterproofing for my arena, as well as stable roofs and have had absolutely no leaking or flooding. Everything arrived in a timely manner and without any damage. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a solid product!
