I ordered Light Teracotta X3 buckets- and they keep sending me RED. I gave the two buckets to worker to paint and when I got home I am shocked tonsee Red paint on my light teeacotta roof. I emailed - No response. I called and WhatsApp videos and photos, employee of supanrubber acknowledge that colour is not whatbi ordered. No resolution YTD. I am single breadwinner and this paint is expensive. This company did me in by sending wrong colour and refusing to fix it.

I paid Thousands of rands into their account last quarter of 2024 after getting service suspension emails and my services ********ly being off 1 day. Thereafter they told me there is phising attacks on 1grid and emails were not from them... SIMCE THEN I asked for statement that reflects Thousands of rands I paid directly in 1Grid Bank account providing proof of payments. YTD they refuse to acknowledge my payments that were made it to their standing Bank account. In the meanwhile my business website is down. No invoice reminders no notification. Nothing. I paid last week and today another R2000+ to 1Grid. No responses are received on all my enquiries. WHAT IS WRONG WITH 1GRID???????
Please be aware if you buy a car and the dealer offer you Marquis financing.Please say No. I was pinned into finance for small car on 17.5% interst rate. Do you understand that is x3 the interest rate of South Africa? They ignore all emails amd calls requesting help and review are non-negotiable with Marquis finance. They do not care. I had cars since i was 21. Never I experienced such a horrid car financing company. Save yourself much unhappiness and say no for this house.
Mtn ***** your refunds. I paid over R800 deposit for 2 month to mo th wifi contracts. 1st of all they dont tell you they cut off wifi after 100G that is finished in 2 weeks, they catch you with their contracts. It took 2 full months to get contracts cancelled with no clear procedure or central contact. THEN AFTER 2 MONTHS OF STRUGGLE BETWEEN 3 PARTIES (BRANCH, REWARDS CO AMD MTN HORRID CUSTOMER CARE) NOW MTN.MUST REFUND MY DEPOSITS AND 1 MONTH DEBIT ORDER. They only paid back the 1 month debit order and not my deposit. THIS IS THEFT!!!!! Dont fall for MTN
